Genevieve LeMarchal founded Suncoast Ventures to invest in the problems that matter — the healthcare technology, AI, digital health, and medtech that the market keeps overlooking. Nearly a decade as an entrepreneur before venture gave her a founder-first instinct she has never lost: she funds people first, and the fund she built is backed primarily by the healthcare executives who know the sector best.
Before Suncoast, she built — and it showed. In 2021 she launched and led a healthcare program at a Los Angeles accelerator and drove it to become one of the most active early-stage investors in the United States, as recognized by Crunchbase. She is a co-founder of the XXcelerate Fund, and hosts the AdVentureous Podcast, where she tells the real stories behind building companies and navigating venture.
A Pacific Northwest native now based in the Bay Area, she continues to back — and champion — the next generation of category-defining founders.
