Simran is the Founder of Simran Nath LLC, which provides venture-backed startups with strategic guidance on internal operations and brand identity in the earliest phases — empowering CEOs to scale operating systems and bolster community presence simultaneously.
Previously, she scaled business operations at Kojo Technologies (construction tech), helping take the company from 10 to 100+ employees in two years. She was the early-stage Chief of Staff at Noula, where she led operational excellence and a robust social-media marketing strategy.
Backstory
My path into healthcare didn't begin in healthcare. It began in early-stage operating environments where growth was fast, resources were constrained, and the systems simply didn't exist yet. At Kojo I helped scale operations through hypergrowth, taking the company from a small team to a functioning organization with real internal structure.
Healthcare introduced a harder version of that problem: the stakes were higher, the systems more complex, and the gap between innovation and execution far wider. What held constant was the need for someone to build the infrastructure that lets good ideas actually operate.
At Suncoast I build that infrastructure. Gateway, the firm's internal cadence, and the broader community layer aren't side projects — they're the connective tissue that lets the portfolio behave like a network instead of a list.
